Class Overview:

Materials Exploration and Experimentation

• Crayons, markers, paint (finger paint, tempera)
• Playdough, clay
• Sensory art activities: Finger painting, stamp making, collage with various textures
• Gouche, oil pastels, acrylic
• Mixed media, printmaking, simple weaving

 Art Concepts and Skill-Building

• Process-oriented art: Free drawing, scribbling, stamping, tearing and gluing paper
• Color recognition, exploration, and color theory
• Introduction to shapes, forms, line, texture, patterns, and symmetry
• Guided art projects: Simple painting, collage, sculpture, 3D art
• Drawing, painting, and other skill-building art activities

 Thematic Art Activities

• Seasons, animals, emotions
• Community, nature, cultural traditions
• Storytelling and imagination through art

  Morning Kids Art Class (2.5 - 4 years old)

- Course fee: 1 session - $350, 4 sessions - $1,290, 5 sessions - HK$1,538; 8 sessions - $2,340

- 1 hour per session

- Class size: 4-6 students

- Package validity: 4 sessions for 2 months; 8 sessions for 4 months

Adverse Weather Arrangements:

Classes will be cancelled when the Typhoon Signal no. 8 is raised and/or the Black Rainstorm warning is in force. If Typhoon Signal no. 8 and/or the Black Rainstorm warning is lowered before 12noon, we will open the studio at 2:00pm. We will try to arrange for make-up classes where possible (subject to the availability of studio space and teaching staff).
